October Feast Rosbif Pop Up

On the 2nd and 3rd of October we held our first collaboration pop up event with the wonderful Rosbif Collective. Rosbif team Ror and Sophie created a fantastic menu which we matched with our ale to create a unique tasting experience in our brewery bar.

The seasonal menu included a mackerel, endive, pear and grapefruit salad which we paired with our Pumphouse Pale Ale, the citrusy notes complemented the salad perfectly

The main was Confit Shredded duck in a brioche bun, hedgerow ketchup, tangy slaw and rosemary chips. We paired this with our seasonal ale Battersea Rye, the rich malty flavours were a great match for the duck. The finale was an ice cream cookie sandwich with delicious homemade cookies from Ror’s friend Celeste, this went amazingly with our Powerhouse Porter which is made with chocolate malt and was naturally a perfect match.

The event was a great success and we hope to have another festive themed pop up in December so keep your eyes peeled for news and tickets!
