With a healthy dose of American hops, this beer is more of an American-style Red Ale but brewed with Norwegian Kveik (meaning ‘yeast’) which loves to ferment at extremely warm
temperatures to provide fruity flavours. A complex combination of fruit, blackcurrant, toasted malt and zesty hops make this a must drink beer.
Ideally paired with steak, BBQ and other red meat dishes.
